I'm hoping to continue investing in buy-and-holds with a goal of 5-10 doors in the next 3 1/2 years. 

Ultimately though, I want to reduce my involvement, so less doors with higher cash flows means less headaches.

We have around 200 doors and boiler keys, shed keys, back door keys, etc...The key pads are $89 on Amazon and then I am getting them keyed to my master lock for $10.

These are basically deeds that state who the property will pass to upon the death of the owner.But in answering your question when there's a spouse living in the subject property (they may have held title as Joint Tenants) re-check the Notice of Petition and if there are other heirs/beneficiary's send your letter to them regarding the property.It's sort of like going through the back door if you will.

Math works out the same for you, but the difference is half as many doors and no partners to deal with. 

We haven't even done our first deal yet (unless you count our primary residence which we're also thinking differently about at this point, thinking about potential value add's and potentially renting it out if we could find something else where the numbers make sense) but we're already hooked.I am a professional delivery driver for a fairly large company and for the last month during work I've been burning through the BP podcasts at a very rapid rate.

I'm still new so bear with me, if I'm looking to net $350k from a buy and hold portfolio assuming my doors are netting $200/month does that mean I need roughly 146 doors?
