You need to let people know what you can do, successful investors are busy, they dont have time for discover your strengths, you tell them and see if anybody interested in.

Discovered that water was locked due to non payment and naturals gas due to gas theft.

I feel like we all go through your exact scenario when we discover real estate. 

I just discovered the War Room and think I’m going to jump on it - I think it could be what pushes me to that next level in my investing.

We like to target 7-8Cap Deals, and when other investors end up discovering those cashflow cities, we have been luckily rewarded, however not dependant on that since the cashflow there is solid.

I discovered BiggerPockets and its vision for financial freedom after reading Brandon Turner's books, "The Book on Rental Property Investing" & "The Book on Investing in Real Estate..."

From there I discover bigger pockets.  

Is something wrong with the property and they just discovered this so they quit paying on it.
