We keep selling within 2 weeks because we price our deals below the ones that are currently active.

You might want to consider starting a marketing campaign or partner with someone doing a marketing campaign so you can identify properties that really are below market.

Basically, is property 2 income worth doubling down and keeping  We currently own two rental properties (details below) and are ourselves renting a place to live in ($2350/month).

Economists:It is said that there are 4 phases of a real estate cycle: (1) RECESSION (supply greatly exceeds demand and high vacancy rate); (2) RECOVERY (rental growth remains stagnant with little signs of new construction but the economy feels like it is headed in right direction); (3) EXPANSION (job growth is strong and increased demand for housing. 

Most probably they will be taking a mortgage out, current rate are at 7-9%, so easily on 300K average Pocono home you will have a mortgage of $2000 or may be more!
