There's a lot of data out there for short term rentals, but there's no easy way to determine MTR occupancy rates that I'm aware of.

Is it wrong for me to believe that going unrepresented, I may not be missing out on much especially since the agents themselves did not represent their interests other than wanting status quo.

Most of these buyers will have to sell at a substantial loss to get out and have so far been unwilling to do that.  

I'm just starting out and considering the following markets for a potential OOS investment property.
