You are lucky to get in the double digits anymore and that's usually in the really rough areas that are more management intensive.

You have good income but I know a 6 digit salary in the big apple will not get you far vs if you were in Midwest or SE.

My wife just became a Realtor so we are setting up the business fom two persectives, plus I have video marjeting and digital marketing
