Motivation, the act or an instance of motivating, or providing with a reason to act in a certain way:For me or should I say in my life I noticed early on that my brain was deficient in two things.

It's brain dead easy to find deals that make sense.

I once met a new investor for coffee at his request to "pick my brain", and he literally was playing video games on his iphone while we talked.

@Jeff Gates your examples provided are hardly large enough case studies to assume such results can me brained over and over across hundreds or thousands of properties.

Consume all podcast and put notes in personal brain (mind mapping software)2.
