If there are toxins found, then require a disclosure on the toxins present in the house that could cause "suicidal thoughts" or "explosive diarrhea" or whatever they cause, you know, something like the warnings on most of the prescription drug commercials on TV!

The people who had real issues didn't have the common sense to keep their mouth shut and just keep walking.I personally have seen the same in Mexico City which FAR surpasses the danger of Detroit.

I am going to be buying some of my own properties along the way.Every market is different but if I had to look at where we are right now I would say first time homebuyer houses have peaked for the most part ( They might still go up some but dangerous at these values), multifamily has been recovering for about 2 years now and there are still deals you just have to really look to find them and can't screw around with wild strategies.
