I've read some crap from one of his real estate guys that was so erroneous and dangerously misleading that I had to 'disconnect' from any further reading of material from Kiyosaki or his people. 

If there are toxins found, then require a disclosure on the toxins present in the house that could cause "suicidal thoughts" or "explosive diarrhea" or whatever they cause, you know, something like the warnings on most of the prescription drug commercials on TV!

The people who had real issues didn't have the common sense to keep their mouth shut and just keep walking.I personally have seen the same in Mexico City which FAR surpasses the danger of Detroit.
