I always have people comment on how much bigger the units are compared to the rest of the apartments they've toured and they seem to rent way faster compared to smaller 700-800 square foot 2BR's. 

I did a follow up  yesterday and his first comment was the courts were closed and everything is on pause.

Anything....provide anything more than this otherwise the commenters won't be much help because they have nothing to comment on.Talk about what you want to develop in much more detail and you'll get many more responses.
