@Eileen D.I totally agree with the above post and wanted to add that showing a home with tenants requires a 24 hour notice, which can significantly impact whether a realtor will take their clients to see it.

Honestly, we have about 130 out of state investors as clients and it kills me that we have over 70 clients in California, several Israeli investors (most have started selling though,) and from Colorado, Washington, New York, and various other markets, but so many locals don't know how good we have it here.
