How to find a good broker?
Hello bp,
I’ve been working on my credit for a while and now that I’ve reached a score of 740, I’d like to know where I stand as far as what loan I qualify for. Any recommendations for a good broker that can help a newbie investor in New York?

Credit score is an important factor but no the only one.. Banks also look at your income, reserves, DTI (debt to income), Employment duration to name a few.. My suggestion is pick your location where you want to invest and find a Mortgage Broker thats familiar with that market...
