@Courtney Benson I have a property on a bad block in Kensington (19134) it's boarded up and I wanted a contractor to give me an estimate on cost to fix it up.

Its a title insurance issue.cities and counties in my experience do not get involved with civil matters.He should file a complaint with the contractors board though and or threaten that.sounds like a small claims matter..

Everything was done above board, to code, but it didn't matter.

If any odor/urine lingers in surfaces, any coating/painting/repairing work you do may only mask the odor ...temporarily.I'v already replaced all flooring with porcelain tile ( on slab that was probably not cleaned good enough), Kilz ceilings and wall surfaces, replaced windows and all base boards and odor still lingers.

I've successfully obtained my Florida Real Estate License, paid all the dues for the board, MLS, etc, and joined an exciting team with Century 21.

You have a lot of competition so you really have to get everything going great across the board to get high adwords rankings.

Not only that but by taking out the only boarded up house on the block i made the entire block, and by extension, the neighborhood, a safer and better place to live.
