I've told him no multiple times, that I'm firm on the agreed upon price since he had time ample time for due diligence and if he wants lower, then I want to void the cancel the sales agreement so that I can put it back on market.

Hey Joe, Having a large number of rental properties and installment sales can certainly make your tax return voluminous, but as long as you're maintaining accurate records, filing everything correctly, and reporting all income, the size of your return itself is not necessarily an audit trigger.

Hello BP community:I am under contract on some land that I am considering building multifamily on.It appears I can build approximately 80 units on the land (based on permitted density), which could be more or less units depending on the exact style of units we would construct (one or two story, etc).

LLC-A can do a consolidation exchange and purchase a tic% of the new property with all of it's sales.LLC-B can do a simple exchange from it's sale to a tic% of the new property.You can separate by address if you want.
