@Michael Campbell if there is a mortgage on the property it should have been recorded at the local Clerk's office.

Our local rental management company take 25% and we pay for all listings on VRBO/Homeaway/TripAdvisor/Flipkey, photos, videos, etc. 

We live local and are self managing.  

HELOCs especially. check with your local bank/ CU before exploring guys like Rocket.
