I think cap ex on those type of units compared to stand a long SFRs with 4 walls yards etc bare more investigating for the potential landlord..

Seems hard to find a clear-cut answer on that. 2) In an LLC of say 3 Members where the Operating Agreement states all Member share equally in depreciation proportionate to their shares of the LLC, does that mean *each* member could take up to a 25K loss as long as all members are under that 100K limit and participate in the management?

No offense intended, but the carpeting looked cheap, kitchen looked like it was given the bare minimum, rooms appeared small, and the staging and photographs didn’t compliment the house well.

Its barely worth anything as land and even then, its a tiny town with no growth.

The problem with Hartford, besides the crime in certain areas, is the rents have barely increased in 15 years yet the taxes have skyrocketed.

At the end of the day, what is needed is a payoff from the 1st or at least the balance as a bare minimum, whether the note holder will deal with you or not.
