In my opinion, the person who sells that software is selling nothing more than dreams.You seem very driven and I am sure you will succeed, but don't take advice and/or criticism to harshly.

They were going to use estimating software to come up with the settlement so I go ahead pay my contractor to get the place back in shape to be sold and it costs me $10,000.

If you have a software program setup to just insert your numbers, quick run them and see if there is an opportunity for you and they try to meet in person at the property.

I have the software; I just need a good way to get everything organized for REI.

He is going to call the agents showing the house and let them know that if any of their clients have interest, they need to apply ASAP because we need to give an answer to an interested party.There is an automated survey the agents get to fill out after the showings, from that, I know one couple is interested, the other is not, and the other survey has not yet been answered.So, we'll see.

Its a great invoice payment software.
