Most of us, if pressed, could scrape together enough funds from family, friends, retirement accounts, and shaking the couch cushions to finish up a job that goes $10K over budget. 

Fulton County is actually ready to go, but with all of the craziness happening with the pneumonic plague, I'm not sure if I should finish up the data extraction for Macon/Bibb.It seems to me like now would be a great time to be marketing... but I'm a coder... not an Investor so, what do I know....Anyway, If anyone is looking to pick up deals in Fulton, or is being proactive and wanting to run a super discounted blast text marketing campaign to a couple thousand out of state owners,  pre-delinquents tax properties, or any of the above mentioned lead types in Fulton, let me know. 

Tell them u feel they not a strong buyer and would rather market it . sucks but got make them close asap.I got a deal that i close this week before it got critical, but got another property 2 weeks out from finishing.

Well it sounds like your draw amount may have been too large to make them second guess finishing the project.

You can absolutely do it and I would recommend you get 2-4 units or at minimum a basement to finish out as a separate area.  

I need about $300,000 to finish the asphalt, landscape and last unit.

If you know about buying a home with a llc/series llc, of any good deals, or know a great contractor to finish a basement please let me know.

Hey BP,Just recently started reading the BRRRR book by David Greene, and just recently finished reading the House Hacking Strategy.

We use only polyurethane finish and we don't stain the floors.
