Not knowing all the legal aspects —Possibly offer to give him more time but lower the sale price as well.

@Odie Ayaga I'd be interested in hearing what you are seeing from all aspects of lending.

That's consistent with anecdotal evidence that we're hearing from agents, title companies, and loan officers that demand still far exceeds supply.
