I have been doing research on this area of wholesaling listening to a few podcasts, youtube videos of Brian Gibbons and Joe McCall and this is definitely an option I want to provide to potential wholesale deals. 

I been on youtube and in barnes and noble for a couple of weeks now trying to brush up on loans and my real estate history.  

When I go to an REI meeting I will hand out gift cards, discount cards, I bought 1,000 paint brushes and wrote my youtube url on them to hand out...

I've never been to one, but I've watched a bunch of their YouTube videos online.

If you check out their youtube video, you see that they think this will be great for constructing buildings with multiple subterranean levels - with no windows needed underground.

Try craigslist redirecting to your site, start a youtube channel, angie's list, networking with local RE groups for word of mouth referrals and most of all being an active poster right here on BP to name a few.Good luck.
