Investors help me out... I'm working on my Google Advertising and need to know what you (Google) search for when looking for real estate? Are you searching such terms as "Miami Real Estate" or "Miami Investment Property"?

I run my own business preforming Investment Property Video Inspections for Buyers / Investors that are out of state or overseas. I'm trying to figure out the best keywords and websites to advertise on.

Any Ideas?
