(a) completely ignores the housing crisis and does nothing but pour BBQ sauce on themselves for the impending roasting they will get come election time (b) all of a sudden gains about a bajillion IQ points, starts doing all kinds of smart things, everything get's way better and it's a new middle class rally of prosperity (c) says "omg, we gotta do something" and runs to the "MOOOoo MONEY" button and starts hitting that thing like nobodys business, pumping out cash to fund whatever "solution" of the dilemma of the day.It's literally how things work now, they just throw $ at it, that's how things are done.
