This translates into maybe putting tile in place of worn out carpet, etc.Other tips - have a wind mitigation and 4 point inspection done….

In AR and the Little Rock area, we do Termite Policy and sometimes Pest service if required for Roached, etc.I recommend you take on a Termite Policy, and they come to inspect yearly and treat if needed. 

During this time, I will be doing a basic inspection of every room and noting anything out of the ordinary or what looks like damage/deterioration.
