If you have the paint you should be able to blend in the patches as long as the repairs blend with the finished wall surfaces.

This would include, hardwood floors, granite counters, stainless appliances, double bathroom sink, open floor plan.I try to combine this with my wants as a landlord which is hard-surface floors and low maintenance everything.A couple examples, we use a lot of wood-grain vinyl.

A car does not normally leak oil (this is the year 2016, not 1951), and in any case oil does not belong on any surface (certainly not where there's foot traffic).

Some of the fibers were blue through and through but a lot of fibers just had the paint on the surface so it's looks a little better despite the carpet also now being shorter in that area.
