Ive heard the best way to increase value is :Raise rents to marketSeparate utilitiesAnd do judicious remodels and updatedLook around at your competition, what are they offering in terms of amenities, parking, separate yards, storage shed, etc. 

The idea is to rent the garage out separately from the house, for use as storage and/or hobby use as a workspace.

I seem to recall folks who appeared on Shark Tank who created an STR platform for this purpose.

I have a 2 storey 12 unit-8 two beds and 4 one beds, with storage, laundry and common area comes to just under 10,000 sq. ft.

Do I get a contract with n assignment clause from an informed atty, do I figure out cost of rehab, do a title search or tank sweep for the potential buyer??

Once the seller has signed the contract do I do a title search and tank sweep..in other words, what do I do next??

Hi @Sid Naik,Just to expound on what @Jeffrey Isenberg and Account Closed said about increasing rents, It's also about increasing the income overall that may come in other forms such as laundry, pet rent, parking fees, storage fees, etc.
