@Ron Rohrssen really I want to of course find a place to stay for myself and my wife.

Also, stay in constant communication with your closer.  

I would stay close to home until you have a larger portfolio.

If you can’t find a deal soon, might as well stay there for 2 years so you can get up to 250k tax free.
