On 5-6 O'clock which is the bottom of the slump you can also pick up some good bargains at near rock bottom prices from distress sellers.We are do for another global financial crises and according to international "Experts" it should be in the next 1-3 years. probably starting in Europe or the US, unless a wore start or something like that.Is that satisfactory answer for you @Timothy H.

this is a very frequent game played by section 8 tenants.. and your stuck in a rock and hard spot.... their copay is 65 dollars.. their hud pay is 700 dollars.. you get them booted out because they don't pay their co pay.. and it takes one or two months to rent again plus the money you have to put in to it to have it reinspected... so now our down 1400 dollars not including in many areas that are dominated by hud tenants thefts are common place along with kids breaking in and vandalizing....
