I do get an equal mix of qualified and non-qualified with a yard sign but most hang up when they get the price etc on the pre-recorded call.

We have done that mixed with ire investments to get our 5 houses.

We use a mix of personal properties and investment loans.

@Chan K. iPhone picture ID - I meant take a picture with your iPhone of their ID (state license) otherwise if they send it to you later, it could be mixed up with someone else's ID.My Tenants with coin-ops work it out.

I can't think of any, except possibly the PVC glue that plumbers mixed up using the wrong type. :)

Unfortunately the listing does not specify the unit mix, so I have no idea if these are all 1 beds or 2 beds, but with current rents at $375 & $395, I would assume 1 beds.

Both are easily mixed with water in a bucket.
