Hey everyone,

My name is Matt A. from Clarksville, TN. I'm 26 years old. I have just recently closed on my first rental property. It is a single family home (900 sq. ft. 2 bed/1bath) on a half acre in Clarksville. The niche I want to invest in is buy and hold rental properties. I figure with the military post and college nearby, it is a great place to invest.
