First of all- how much is this park worth to you?

I'm looking to purchase a 2-4 unit in northern Illinois, the Freeport area seems to have tons of affordable inventory.

Not sure if this is the right place for this question but my sister and I are submitting an offer on our first small multifamily and need some recommendations on inspectors around Denver, CO.

Just looking to grow and expand beyond my current investment.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Most buydowns on DSCR loans take 4-5 years to get into the green, no difference if you buydown 1pt or 5pts.

I just have no idea how the contracts work, financing options outside traditional, etc. would love some help.
