Out of state investing requires alot of trust on your part and I'm going on faith trusting the acquaintances that I met at a local Financial Independence group.

Our current plan to continue our journey toward financial independence through RE is to sell the SFH at the beginning of next summer and move into a duplex or a fourplex and self manage the property.

Partners want financially stable folks that can follow through with obligations.
