I have been looking to purchase my first rental property and have kind of drug my feet a little, but mainly because the market where I live is overpriced for rentals on the MLS listing.

We own a commercial office building in New Mexico, and may be leasing it out to an outpatient drug treatment facility.

I asked seller if it was wind zone 3 that I needed and he assured me it was because it came from a  Florida used mobile dealer,  and after he bought it his planes changed, so he needed to sell it.

I was warned plenty of times not to move to this street as there are shootings/drugs etc.

I've only done 2 flips in this entity, and it's not tagged as a dealer yet, but it will be some day.I was going to re-title the property in my Hold entity's name.  

I have a tenant currently who had illegal drugs and was subletting to other people I did not know about.

It also states that I do not have to store any personal property besides prescription drugs which I have to store for 7 days.

If you're both just half broke, it will have a much higher probability of being a ship that doesn't sail.Lastly, have in writing, what happens in case of the Ds: death, divorce, default, disinterest , drug use, etc.
