Advice Needed: Leasing Commercial Bldg to Drug Treatment Facility

We own a commercial office building in New Mexico, and may be leasing it out to an outpatient drug treatment facility. We are very familiar with residential property leasing, but not with commercial property leasing. We are wondering if any fellow member of Bigger Pockets may have experience dealing with this specific type of commercial property renter (drug treatment facility). We’d love to pick your brain about your situation, your lease, etc prior to us visiting an attorney. We welcome any advice. Thanks in advance.
