There were rules where the bank could call for additional capital to be paid in the stock value dropped below 20% and he would get his additional earnings out if the portfolio appreciated.Anyone know anything about what these arrangements are called so I can read up more on them and if they exist for investment properties?

We recently visited the homes and it was glaringly obvious they needed trimming in a bad way and one of them was actually dead and at risk of falling on the house.

But just to be safe, I did just move the Keurig to a new series of outlets to see if the problem persists or moves.I also ordered a new GFCI outlet (the Leviton Pro one that Loren mentioned above since I couldn't find them in stock locally), so I am going to try and replace that next. 

I have news for you-everyone is loosing money in their mutual funds or their stocks, in general. 

@Mason Keith  The '6:00am rule' is cute but I wouldn't put a whole lot of stock in it.

I did have a head start with several hundred thousand I borrowed against my stock portfolio at really low interest rates.
