When I got several complaints, I investigated and saw that the user had been sending messages to well over a dozen members soliciting.Looks like we've got a few of these NRU guys honing in for the kill again.

I have been doing this on an existing campaign and one test has so far had a 300% increase over another.Yes it is a lot more work but once you get the right campaign you can continually use the same one over and over again and no what to expect.RegardsRich

I love doing that and will continue to do it, but I've been interested in real estate investing for many many years and have done lots of reading but was never in a position to actually do it (or at least I thought)... everything else took precedence.

That, amoungst many other things, is why I invest there and will continue to do so.I also agree that pegging an exact figure on repairs or vacancy for a given year is near impossible.

Then you may search the complaint filed fast track for images and it allows you to see the whole complaint.We also filed complaints with the Riverside County District Attorney's Office as well as other investigating authorities in CA, WA and NV.

This is not cost effective as I'll have to hire an attorney.c) let her break the lease, pay me a little $ to get her walk away, change the locks and get a new renter in there.d) let things continue as is not really knowing if this punk is tearing my place up.The choice is lease resistance (i.e., the least financially) seems to be choice B.Any thoughts?
