4) How old appliances are unit by unit?

Basic electrical:replacing light fixture, replacing outlet. able to move appliances, install and troubleshoot appliance problems (especially garbage disposals, dishwashers, but also fridges (icemakers), ranges, otr micorwaves and vent hoods, washer/dryers).

A few things I'm looking for help with currently:- general turnover fix up work- appliance installs- window installationI appreciate any recommendations! 

Roof, HVAC, appliances, etc. all wear out over time.

New roof, HVAC, flooring, paint walls and ceiling, painted exterior, painted kitchen cabinets and added new hardware, replaced hardware, new light fixtures, new doors, granted countertops, subway backsplash, put sod over muddy yard, partial fence, updated breaker box, new appliances.

Had to buy $40k in appliances, get rid of hotel style furniture, paint, and find tenants!

If you're buying cheap used appliances, and tapping into an existing water supply (say from a bathroom directly next to the proposed location), and just putting in a stock or second-hand sink base cabinet and a formica counter top, and having a handyman do the work unpermitted, then it's plausible you could end up somewhere close to $1K.
