Washer and dryer in rental unit for 10 years,
when i moved in here 10 years ago a washer and dryer was included, that's why i move in. 5 years ago landlady wanted to replace them because she found a sale on them. I told her it was a waste of her money because these were working fine and talked her out of it. About a year ago The washer went out, it a stack-able, when i told her about it she said she wasn't going to pay to replace them and to throw them out. I had no problem with that, so i replaced the washer with my own. Now the dryer is gone so i got a new dryer. Now she is telling me to get them out of the unit because she doesn't want washer and dryers on her property. It has the hook up for both. Can she do that? It seems after 10 years living here i would have some rights, after all, all she has ever had to do here in 10 years is replace the AC which she paid for, but i went and picked it up and installed for her at no charge. Any problems she has had here i didn't even tell her about i just fixed them myself. I use to be the maintenance supervisor at a 900 unit complex, so i know what i am doing. Thanks for any incite on this
