Personally, I contacted a title company and they gave me the name of a CPA who was hooked to a brother in law attorney who held the money in his escrow account.When the time came to get my $25,000 the doors were locked to the accounting firm and the law firm never heard of me or my money.

Start stepping on toes..........agents are required by law to submit your offer unless specifically stated in listing that no offer will be accepted below a certain amount.Agents frequently hold offers or fail to submit them......make your offer then push....good agents will submit it......ask for the denial paperwork if told you were denied......always push the issue.....the only agents that will be offended are those that do not do as they are supposed to.

IN taking back the property and selling it later the new buyer's closing attorney wanted the land contract tenant to come to the real estate office and sign papers (quit claims etc.) as if the law considered him a deserving owner.
