I'm guessing if you could do a few deals where you were able to take 2 or 3 distressed multifamily deals and turn them around, you could get enough forced appreciation to get to that leve.

I was good at figuring out which ones had the likelihood of being successful, and then all I did was guide them, answer questions and offer advice along the way.

You can probably do it online through a local community college, or something like Allied Schools.
