I was tired yesterday, today was my mothers Grave Side Service, she passed away 2 weeks ago today.

wow somebody has a big head..or they're tired of people bothering them...i guess if you don't wanna be bothered, you could just sign off the email, turn off the phone,and disconnect the internet :)

I get tired of people "predicting" things while not furnishing any data.  

They have people steeling tires off the cars, gunshots in the middle of the night, but SW ATL gets the crime badge.  

There are basic things like the condition of the engine and body and tires and interior... but then there are other things like how did the owner treat the car, or was it involved in a crash, is it stolen.... etc...

Time wasters and tire kickers are the worst. 

Trevor, do you have time to market your property, do open houses, and waste time weeding through serious buyers from the tire kickers? 

It's cheap enough for them not to balk, but it worksto weed out tire-kickers and those who have been less than forthcoming about their qualifications.5) Customer service is pretty fantastic and not under-staffed like is typical with most companies these days.

I'm tired of contracting home plus I rather not contract homes that may take some time to find a buyer for.

I have contemplated just hammering down my mortgage with principal payments for the next 3 years and my off my loan, but am getting tired of waiting on the sidelines.
