I do not deal with ocean front properties, but are there any hidden maintenance fees that my be needed owning a home on the water? 

I have been unable to get water for this property from the city.

I guess it is the same in PA.You also need to consider what your purchase price range is.

Expenses are 1800 (water, prop management, vacancies, & repairs).

They should also reimburse you for any emergency water damage repairs like carpet drying from the likes of servpro or local water clean up professionals.

I have credit, additional that is for the emergency stuff that comes up - oh, we need to replace the water heater and didn’t plan for that...
