(you need to market).2) You make a ton more deals and a lot more money and with a whole less risk in a crap load of less time doing wholesaling.I much rather do 25 deals a month with a 10K assignment fee per wholesale, than 3 flips a month (which most house flippers don't even manage to do) for 40K profit/ flip.that is 250K a month wholesaling vs 120K flipping.So again... be careful what advise you follow here!

Show you say who you say you are, show you are the go to company to get their house sold.If you come up with sneaky ways to "win" them over... and there is an other website competing with you... and they are straight shooters, no need to convince anyone, they effortlessly are the choice house buyers, .. while you are obviously fishing for emails, do you honestly think they will waste time with you?

Shadowing seems to be a logical step at this point, for a guy who is having trouble getting started, and in turn, I would soon be able to develop my to-do lists/routines/business model...Or maybe I should I try a few ads in the paper & online, bandit signs or postcards to see if I can start getting the phone to ring without spending too much and learn on my own and not waste anymore time?
