Between violations, back taxes, and the overall damage to some of these properties, the stress and problems that come with a venture like that is for the very experienced investor because the margin is so tight one mistake and you’ll be losing money on these properties.

The whole process was both nail-bitingly stressful and yet exciting and exhilarating.

I know it can be a little stressful at first especially with everyone telling you how bad this deal is.

One more thing to stress about (lol) is your house may have tongue and groove/shiplap as old as it is.

One she may have some fake plant up so we knew to pay off the other judgment or to just taking her stress out on you for some kind of feeling of control.

I’m pretty optimistic and happy most of them time (even when I’m stressed) because I know I am lucky.

I have used this technique before and found it rather stressful.
