Definitely get the purchase & sale agreement along with any other documents you would need to close (as if you were going to close tomorrow) with your Seller/Optionor while everyone is happy and signing documents anyway.I have done maybe 2 dozen lease options (purchase) and have never gotten the PSA signed at time of the lease/option.
