While the issues would be basically the same, I could finance my equity in an installment contract to you where I'm not the owner in title but finance my equity in the deal, that would be seller financing but not owner financing.

The best thing I did to stop a lot of the BS headaches was to install cameras throughout the halls & common areas, it was like someone threw a switch, the cameras went on & the BS went off, it was amazing.
