Get what comps you can from the county assessor’s office then drive through the neighbor and surrounding neighborhoods.

I was just trying to add to the discussion and point out that there are many issues surrounding these set-ups that people should be aware of before jumping in and that people should be as well-educated as possible and should feel comfortable before investing.

I did governments and was approached to have direct endorsement and did not do so due to the the surrounding issues.

A seller called me this morning about a 3/2, 1300sf living space on a 13000sf Lot property surrounded by multi family units to the front, its back and almost developed mulit units on it's sides.

I do not know the details of the institution but expanding probably means they are buying up surrounding land to eventually build on.

The community is open to change but lacks determined and effective leadership to get things done.Would it be a charity act or a solid business model for landlords in these areas to support those who advocate for betterments surrounding their property?

Or does it make sense to learn the basics of the business and then surround yourself with experts in there particular field?
