I've noticed a lot of commercial agents using a maps software that allows you to mark the subject property site.

There are a few companies out there to claim they have the answer/software/platform etc but they are not up to snuff.

In terms of software that you *could* potentially think about using: PropStream is a well known tool but it does cost around ~$100/month.
