I don't know a single county that offers 14%.  

I'm buying a new home and keeping my current 3/3 single family to rent out. 

This person is to diplomatic, think someone took over his account.

It says “Variance granted to reduce the rear yard setback from 20 feet to 5 feet in order to elevate an existing single family residence”.

We had already started our real estate investors journey in Lafayette with 2 single family homes and 1 4-plex that were being used as long term rentals.

Purchase price: $31,000 Cash invested: $66,000 Sale price: $147,500 Converted an abandoned, condemned three bedroom, one and a half bath home with two rooms (one 30x15) unused/used as storage, and attached single car garage that we (my business partner and I) emptied (3, 30 yard dumpsters!)

Im looking to buy within the next 3-6 months and its making  more sense to buy a single family home due to high cap x with multi-family properties.

We are currently using RentRedi but there is a long lead time from when the tenant pays to when the money is deposited into our account...sometimes up to 10 days.

Left the market, completely or partially, and had to choose between using funds from either accounts?

I was looking for a single family residence for me to potentially start a family in one day.
