I started out wholesaling houses to investors who want equity positions (NO CASH OUT)....I simply created my starting funds doing these deals....I must say it was hard at first with plenty of properties but no buyers, now it is vice versa.....these days, you have to watch out for those properties that are not truely discounted...best of luck!

NO of course not but it got me started and in 5 years we will be worth 5 million in accessable cash and 10 million in facilities and equipment and will then cut back to 5 or 6 day weeks and 10 hour days.

Many of the "remediators" charge an ungodly price for either replacing the sheetrock or infected area, or simply spraying with bleach and water or KILZ'ing it.
