It is a simple case of the economic concept of supply and demand.

As Warren would say:Rule #1:  Don't lose money.Rule #2:  Don't forget Rule #1.Sounds pith, but if you really think about it and take it to heart, you'll see that this is the best advice you can receive for any type of investing.To put Warren's rules in simpler terms -- Be conservative, then be more conservative, and when all else fails, be conservative.

For me personally, the investment really helped me be more aware of other styles and concepts.

Hi,  I am totally new to the concept of crowdfunding.  

I ordered the same book and am about 60 pages in.Contrasting Patrice's opinion, I find that the information is not logically organized (in some cases not organized at all, it seems), and that he fails to elaborate on concepts and strategies when needed, which really throws me off.

Pretty simple really.

Certainly a Rich Dad, Poor Dad concept if you are curious to read more about it.
