Ask detailed questions about the interior, look at current interior photos and let all parties know that if the interiors are not as described, there will be repercussions (walking from the deal, retrade, etc).

While I am not sure if hugging, kissing and agree like children with self-esteem problems is the way to improve the chances of generating more wealth through real estate...........I am positive that passionate debate, with well thought out and respectful arguments, are the seed to new ideas that we can all learn and profit from.
