It came down to the lack of available ABB properties in my area, we have a lot of visitors that come to my city for various events around the city and all that's available is 1 holiday inn and maybe 3 AirB&B's. 

Our other park is 22 spaces (13 POH/9 TOH) has a 24 hour per week maintenance manager who we pay very well with paid holidays and vacation time.
